Hi Els

I have found that pogo-ing around the loungeroom pretending to be Joan Jett or Lita Ford when they were teenagers (see post above) is a good way to keep old bones warm without burning too much coal or putting your last farthing in the gas-meter.

It also helps to keep excited dogs howling and barking, which adds to the sense of neighbourly involvement !
